Lunch on your own. There are a wide variety of food options available on Main Street in Banff to choose from.

We will enjoy a tour around Banff as well as visit the Banff Hot Springs, which is known as a favorite among visitors and locals.

When is the event?
- Last Trip Single retreat is August 16th-18th
- Recommended arrival date is August 16th in the early morning or afternoon.
- Last Year Single conference is August 17th.
- Note: Recommended departure date is August 19th for those who opt into the VIP experience.

The Last Year Single conference is being held at C3 Church Calgary - West in the Main Auditorium.

Are transportation arrangements available?
If you purchased the VIP package, shuttles are included for a few of the designated group outings.
Transportation from the airport to the accommodation of your choice is not included. You have a variety of options available to get around during your stay, such as public transit, Ubers, taxis, shuttles, rental cars, and limousines.

What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable during the retreat and conference. You will want to consider the weather in the locations and outings you are joining us for.

What is the expected weather?
Banff, Canada in August is typically a high of 72 F / 22 C and a low of 44 F / 7 C. Temperatures can get a little lower in Banff (Canadian Rockies) at night so you may want to bring a long sleeve Shirt/warmer jacket. If you plan to go for a hike, be sure to bring comfortable shoes.

What food will be served at the event?
If you purchased the VIP package, a group dinner is included during the Banff day trip.
There are a wide variety of food options which are available on Main Street in Banff to choose which can also accommodate any food restrictions or allergies.
We will provide options available in the area close to the venue.

When can I register?
Our registration is online and individuals can register/buy tickets while the registration is open through this website.

Can I register the day of the event?
Due to planning needs for the VIP Experience, we will not be able to take last minute registrations.
You may be able to register for the conference the day of the event if it’s not sold out.

How do I pay for the registration?
Individuals who register for the event will pay through our secure payment system using the register/buy tickets button on this website.

Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not mandatory, yet it is highly recommended.

Here is a brief description of events
Banff Day Trip
Spend the day exploring the incredible scenery of the Canadian Rockies during this day trip from Calgary to the mountain town of Banff and its surrounding attractions. Check out the surreal rock formations near Tunnel Mountain Drive, shaped by thousands of years of wind and rain. Then soar above Banff on board the Banff Gondola as you take in incredible views of the town and surrounding peaks. At the conclusion of the tour, you have the option of being dropped off in Banff for your own leisure before your shuttle departs back to Calgary.
